A Stormwatch team led by Cannon, and including his girlfriend Diva, are sent to the African country Rwanda to assist a group of refugees fleeing a tribal war. When Cannon makes a move to kill one of the oppressing soldiers there, Diva stops him. Meanwhile, Battalion sneaks onto Skywatch, while on a personal leave, so he could kill Despot, his father, to prevent him from destroying the future. However, he cannot force himself to do it. Meanwhile, Lord Defile makes plans to destroy Lord Emp and his WildC.A.T.S.
